Shipping rates
Our website offers several shipping options and calculates the exact shipping cost for each order based on the weight. This rate is calculated on the ZIP code, State or Country contained in your shipping address. This rate is always correct for all ground orders. Air shipments are 99.9% correct, but if your order contains many OVERSIZED or HEAVY items such as Bumpers, Fenders, large sheet metal or heavy engine parts, we may need to adjust the shipping prices. We will not ship any order which needs a shipping cost adjustment WITHOUT contacting the customer for confirmation first. We do reserve the right to CANCEL any order and return the customers payment if we cannot come to an agreement on extra shipping costs.
Overseas/International customers
Overseas/International customers may be required to provide Texas Air Cooled with extra fraud protection information prior to the order shipping. Please note that the card will be charged and funds held till the additional fraud protection information has been received. Rest assured that Texas Air Cooled ships most international orders without requiring this extra fraud protection information. Texas Air Cooled does reserve the right to hold an Overseas/International order to complete fraud protection services. Texas Air Cooled is always improving fraud protection software for not only Texas Air Cooled safety, but for your safety as well. Cancellations of orders must be requested within one calendar week of placing the order. The right to cancellation is voided once shipped or passed allotted time frame given. The Terms stated above in place by Texas Air Cooled are so all customers feel comfortable ordering at www.TexasAirCooled.com.
Trademarks
The use of "VW" and the name Volkswagen, Beetle, Bug, Ghia, Karmann Ghia and Type-3 by Texas Aircooled parts is for the sole purpose of application and description and in no way is intended to infer or imply any connection with or between Texas Aircooled Parts and our products and the Volkswagen Corporation.
Warranty Disclaimer
All stock replacement parts sold by Texas Aircooled Parts are warranted against defects for 6 months from the date of purchase. Texas Aircooled Parts will replace free of charge or credit your account at our discretion. You must call us to verify warranty return eligibility, if eligible. Customer must bear the cost of shipping on any return regardless of the problem. Texas Aircooled Parts cannot be held responsible for third party expenses, such as installation charges, storage, towing, lodging, etc. No warranty or return on Electrical, Carburetors, Books, specially ordered, custom hi-performance parts, Installed or altered parts unless noted in the catalog.
Typographical Errors
In the event that a Texas Aircooled Parts product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Texas Aircooled Parts reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Texas Aircooled Parts reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Texas Aircooled Parts shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Order Cancellations & Returns
All order Cancellations must be requested within 7 calendar days of placing the order with Texas Air Cooled. All returns of items to Texas Air Cooled must be requested within 3 calendar days of receiving the item. All returns or cancellations are processed at our discretion. Texas Air Cooled reserves the right to deny any order cancellation or return. All new unused parts will be processed with a 15% restock fee unless otherwise stated by Texas Air Cooled.
